If you would like to make an appointment by phone, you can reach us at our known office hours on 030 - 889 2280-10. In addition, we can offer you the opportunity to send us your appointment requests online. Simply use our contact form to make an appointment.
You can also simply send us an email. We kindly ask you to inform us of your desired date as early as possible, specifying the calendar week or day of the week, morning or afternoon or time, as well as a telephone number and your name at mkg@drsander.berlin We offer encrypted communication using PGP as well. You can find our public key here.
Please also indicate the referring doctor/dentist and the reason for your appointment: e.g.; surgical tooth removal, root tip resection, implantation, taking X-rays, advice, removal of skin alterations, etc. You can find information on the referral slip of your doctor/dentist. Of course, you can also make an appointment without a referral letter.
Depending on the dates available, we will notify you by email or phone and confirm the desired date or provide alternatives.
An appointment is binding once we have confirmed it by phone or email.
Should you not be able to make the appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel it in time at least 24 hours in advance.Please make sure to bring your current X-rays, doctor’s reports and a referral letter from your dentist with you to your appointment.
